Interested in discussing a version of endoscopic facelift or mini-facelift - particularly interested in fixing the migration of the malar fat pad and lower face fat pads. I have noticed my lower lid is more "separate" from my upper cheek, and my nasolabial folds are becoming ever so slightly more pronounced. Also fat grafting for upper hollowness of the brow, and lower lids, and possibly global fat grafting touch ups or in fat pads as needed. Would consider a subtle brow lift if needed as the distance between my eye and the corner of my brow has subtly collapsed. The most distressing aspect of these changes for me is that my eye area - eye shape? have become more rounded and hollow as I have aged.
