Updated: I would like to remove the columellar strut so that my nose drops to my previous looking nose. How close can it be to previous, given that no portion of my nose was removed(as per current doctor) My current doctor suggests he can correct and bring down the nose to almost previous looking , by just shortening and adjusting the strut. He says he can also add some cartilage in columella. Will that stop showing my nostrils from the front view. Does every surgery make my nose shorter due to healing process and that why he has to add additional cartilage.
