I personally was thinking lip filler and chin filler to balance out my side profile, and I am really tempted to get a rhinoplasty as I feel it would really balance my face but I’m not sure.
Answer: Face One, you have a pretty face now. Two, your nose is fine. However, your chin is a bit weak. You could try some jaw and chin filler to give more volume and definition and to see how you like things. Otherwise, you might consider a chin augmentation for better balance. The chin should reach out as much as the lower lip on side profile and yours is a bit weak. With your slim face, you do not want to be too aggressive with the chin, however.

Answer: Chin implant and possibly lip lift Your nose looks quite good so I would not recommend a rhinoplasty. However, I would recommend a chin implant and possibly a lip lift. Your lips are slightly asymmetrical with one corner lower than the opposite. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Overall Facia, harmony The most importan thing to be done it's to improve the lower third, and I'm talking about improving your chin projeciton, both frontward and downward, next a little bit of temple filler, then your undereye area and the cherry on top would be to improve your upper/lower lit ratio with dermal filler

Answer: Options Hi! First of all, I think you look great overall- nothing stands out to me too much on you that screams "I need intervention". However, if you DO want to consider options, I agree that the chin is one place you can add some volume, either with filler or an implant. The nice thing about doing that is that it will naturally help improve the jawline contour and perhaps buy you some time before you start noticing skin hanging around your neck.

Answer: Robust HA Volumizing Filler For Cheek & Chin Augmentation; Moldable HA Lip Filller For Lips At least from the photos provided, there appear to be volume deficits in the cheeks, as evidenced by the lack of upper outer cheek projection and incipient under-eye bags in the frontal view and lack of chin & lip projection in the profile view. If this is indeed the case, then the use of a robust HA volumizing filler in the cheeks and in the chin would rectify these issues and the use of a less robust HA lip filler would address this deficit. Frankly, I do not see any significant aesthetic issue with the nose in either view that requires any treatment and believe that addressing the aforementioned regions would help to establish greater balance and proportionality in both frontal and profile views without any need to treat the nose. You would be wise to make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology filler expert. In experienced hands, the entire treatment outlined here should not take longer than 30-45 minutes to perform in one sitting with immediate, i.e. on-the-spot results that typically engender a "Wow!" reaction. Hope this helps and best of luck..
