Space above upper lip deformed by filler? Any advice on how to fix it? (Photos)

The skin above my upper lip is very inconsistent. I never had this strange texture before lip filler. I have had the filler dissolved completely twice now and waited to get it refilled and I still have strange upper lip skin. Any advice on how to fix it is greatly appreciated.

Shouldn't be and issue when you get lip filler treatment, the only advise is to start smart, and keep the G" of the filler very low, in order to improve the shape and not to attract a lot of water , because fillers tend to have. a little bit of hygroscopic effect

It would be best to try to correct current deformity in a simple way, using filler. If that does not work, surgical correction by means of lip flap(s) may be considered. You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in cleft lip surgery. Hope this helps.
