An in person consultation with someone experienced in rhinoplasty would likely be your first step but the cost can vary significantly depending upon the experience of the surgeon as well as the degree of surgery required and can be between 10 to several 10's of thousands of dollars even for minimal changes as these would need to be undertaken to preserve the natural form.

Thank you for your question. Two major determinants of cost for any procedure are the complexity and expertise of the surgeon. However, minor adjustments may cost less while extensive reconstruction will incur higher expenses due to need of using cartilage
