I was looking for a very MINIMAL rhinoplasty. Only looking to change my front profile ever so slightly, keeping around the same side profile & tip size. Im happy with the tip and everything it's just the middle of the nose that I would want to be thinner, a more thinner nose bridge. So with this I guess my question is, would this be cheaper than what a usual rhinoplasty would cost due to the factor being its changed ever so slightly? And what cost would I be looking at across the board? Thanks.

Fillers are not the best approach. The best approach would be a revision of rhinoplasty. The cartilage graft needs to be removed and probably replaced with a different position graft, if necessary. Your breathing problem will also be addressed. You may have internal nasal valve collapse. ...
Hello! Thank you for your question.
If you have had a previous operation, you may need to use extra cartilage from the ribs and ear. I recommend a rhinoplasty operation for a more feminine and elegant look.
It would be better face to face consultation.

As far as I can understand from your question For a better evaluation, you should definitely be examined by a general Ent doctor and if necessary, you may need to get a different opinion.
