How much would a tip plasty cost to fix a significant deformity in my nose tip? (photo)

The cartlidge on my nose tip is split and is very very prominent. It is something I am looking at getting obliterated. Due to it being such a smaller area of the nose is there a chance it will be cheaper then most nose job costs ?

Based on your photos, you appear to have very thin nasal tip skin, along with relatively firm and visible tip cartilages. If the only thing that is bothering you about your nose is the cleft in between your nasal tip cartilages, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for permanently filling in this indentation, without the cost and inconvenience of rhinoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Cost varies based on geographic location and surgeon expertise. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You have a dorsal hump as well.  I recommend an open rhinoplasty to take care of the dorsal hump and the tip.  The cost is $8,000 and the procedure takes 2 hours to perform under local anesthesia.

Typically if this is someone's first rhinoplasty this can range from 15-20K and it is unusual not to balance the entire nose during a tip-plasty as changing one area of the nose may look unnatural without addressing all areas. However with good dorsal aesthetic lines and if no other concerns for breathing issues or other refinements a preservation technique can be used.
A Tip-plasty as part of a revision after a prior rhinoplasty can range from 25-65K depending on complexity or if other issues going on. Great question!
