Early 2022 I had a lift w/implants (325cc mod).I think the lift was not enough, nipple was raised but still seem saggy. With my arms above my head, they are great. My original surgeon suggested a second lift with galaflex, it would give me the look I want &support a larger implant. He did not advise a larger implant at first consult but is willing to do it now if I do the galaflex. At a consult with another surgeon, they said to redo just the lift & add the bigger implant. I'm unsure
Answer: Galaflex Galaflex mesh is used to provide internal support for both soft tissue and for implants. The larger the implant, the more support needed long term. Based upon your photos and desire to go larger, use of Galaflex mesh seems appropriate. Every plastic surgeon will have their preferred method. Good luck with your revision surgery. Dr. Eric J Wright

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Cute544278, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. The distance from your nipple to your breast fold is too long, which creates a sagging appearance. You would benefit from a redo, breast lift. I would not recommend going significantly larger with your implants, I think you would likely be happy if everything sat a little higher, and increased your cleavage and shape. I would recommend using Galaflex as your skin appears, stretched out, and you were at an increased risk for bottoming out in the future. You can also consider adding fat grafting to the upper and medial aspect of the breast to get more volume there instead of putting a larger implant. Good luck.

Answer: Mini lift, capsulotomy and larger implants Dear Washingtonian, Thanks for posting your before and after and sorry for your sub optimal result. From observing your pictures you appear to be small C cap size with wide cleavage and low position of nipples. To obtain your breasts result like in the picture with the elevated arms you will need the following maneuvers: 1. Mini lift (donut) , to elevate the the nipple areola complex about 1.5 inches. Full lift is excessive. 2. Larger implants to reach full C cup size. That size will give you nice cleavage and fuller upper pole. 3. Bilateral medial and superior capsulotomy in order to make room for larger implants, create nice cleavage and nice upper pole slope. YOU DO NOT NEED GALAFLEX! Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder widderplasticsurgery.com

Answer: Revision I would not go larger for your tissue will thin and stretch more and be more prone to sag. The internal mesh bra can give your tissue more support to prevent sagging. Your tissue, initially, was sagging and thin sagging stretched tissue never holds well long term.
