Can I get Butt Implants and Breast Implants at the same time?

Typically if you are healthy enough to undergo one or the other, you may get both done at the same time.  In this case patients sleep on their backside instead of their stomachs.  I have had over 3 dozen patients undergo this combo without any significant or increased risks.  Glad to help.   

Yes, you should be able to combine the two procedures. Dear saluted lady,   I have done them together and separately and I can, unequivocally ,tell you that it is much better to do them separately. Patients over estimate their ability to handle pain and discomfort. Consequently, ultimately, the end result of surgery can be compromised because the patient does not follow the post operative care recommendation. Cosmetic surgery is purely elective and one should strive to get the best result possible. In your case it means to do the surgeries at different times. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who have lots of experience in both procedures. Buttocks implants and breast implants can be done at the same time. I would see a plastic surgeon who routinely performed butt implants. This surgery is a tough surgery to get over and can have a higher complication rate in my opinion. Earl Stephenson, Jr, MD, DDS, FACS

Although possible to do both at the same time, you should consider the pros and cons of doing so.  The obvious issues of recovering from a breast surgery at the same time as a buttock surgery simultaneously should be considered carefully - you will be investing a geat deal in the procedures while the downside of two surgeries is relatively small.

You certainly can get buttock augmentation and breast augmentation at the same time.  The only issue may be the sleeping position. I usually recommend to sleep on one's side and rotate from side to side during the early post op period.

I personally would not perform both of these procedures in the same sitting.  You have to be flipped on the OR table and I believe that this could compromise the result, as well as creating increased risk of complications.  The recovery would be markedly more difficult than separating the operations.  Also, and I say this all the time, you need to adapt psychologically to the size of the new breasts and only then can you make a meaningful decision as to whether or how much to augment the buttocks.

Both breast implants and buttock implants can be done at the same time. You need to be extra careful in the post operative time. Also consider the discomfort, and making your environment as comfortable as possible. Butt implants need drains, Garment and the breast needs good support depending on the type of implants you choose.

Though it is certainly possible to do both procedures the same day, it is not really a good idea.  After breast implants, it would be preferable for you to be on your back when you sleep for the first 1-2 weeks. If you had the buttock augmentation, it would be preferable for you to sleep on your stomach for the first month.  Therefore, it would be difficult to follow both of these instructions if you do both the same day.
