Can I get Butt Implants and Breast Implants at the same time?

Yes, you should be able to combine the two procedures. Typically if you are healthy enough to undergo one or the other, you may get both done at the same time.  In this case patients sleep on their backside instead of their stomachs.  I have had over 3 dozen patients undergo this combo without any significant or increased risks.  Glad to help.   

Dear saluted lady,   I have done them together and separately and I can, unequivocally ,tell you that it is much better to do them separately. Patients over estimate their ability to handle pain and discomfort. Consequently, ultimately, the end result of surgery can be compromised because the patient does not follow the post operative care recommendation. Cosmetic surgery is purely elective and one should strive to get the best result possible. In your case it means to do the surgeries at different times. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who have lots of experience in both procedures.
