I'm slim, pear shaped and very flat chested. I have almost no breast tissue but I'm curvy in the bottom and thigh area. I'm interested in fat transfer. Do you think I'm a good candidate for fat transfer? What is the maximum size you think I can get from fat transfer and how many sessions will I need? I'm interested in having a large B cup. I don't mind getting cellulite and some fat removed from my backside and thighs but I also don't want to lose my pear shape. Thanks!

This is difficult to answer without pictures. It's possible to enhance the breasts to almost an additional cup size with fat transfer. Fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Adding some pictures would help in giving you accurate advice.  The two major ways to augment breasts are with an implant or fat grafting.   This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Hello,Without a photograph it is difficult to advise you of the amount of enhancement you can expect from a fat transfer to the breasts.  Generally, multiple staged  treatments are needed to achieve an increase of more than one half to one cup size. It all depends on the amount of donor tissue available, your skin laxity(capacity for injection),  and the fat "take". I prefer to augment the breasts with implants rather than fat. I think the results are more consistent with implants.

If you are an A cup and hoping for a large B, you would need to have ample donor fat and multiple procedures. Based on your description, you may not have enough fat to transfer and would require implants to achieve your goal size. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.
