Not sure what size my breasts are. I'd like to have fat transferred to them. Is a 34C size achievable with my current breasts?

Answer: Fat Transfer for Breast Augmentation Fat transfer can augment your current size one to two cup sizes. Based on your photos I believe this is very reasonable.

Answer: Obtaining 34C with fat transfer Breast implants create predictable results, whereas fat grafting to the breasts is not as reliable. I transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast. Fat is placed within the breast, not in the muscle. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence. If you are comfortable with about a one cup size increase, fat transfer would be reasonable. If you want 2 or more cups, breast augmentation with implants would be better. I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website.
