Hi I'm 24 years old , 5"11 and 145 lbs , I would like to have a breast augmentation with fat transfer in Mexico but I'm not sure it's possible because there might not be enough fat , I'm located in North California right now and I'm going to Mexico on the west coast in a month , I've been looking for a good doctor around there , I would love to avoid to go to Mexico City if I don't have to , I'm barely a size A I would like to go to a size B

Answer: Breast Fat Transfer It's hard to fully evaluate you in photos when it comes to the amount of fat available for fat transfer. You likely have some available in the inner thighs, inner knees, and live handles. The increase in breast size will be about 1/2 cup to 1 cup max.

Answer: Fat transfer to breasts Dear lucyinthesky007,do not go to Mexico for plastic surgery. I've seen too many horror stories of people coming back with botched jobs and unable to follow up.

Answer: Fat grafting to breasts work great for increasing you a cup size but unless you have some hidden deposit of fat that can be harvested, its doubtful you have enough to graft yourself to create a B cup from what you have. In addition, will the harvesting leave dents and other contour irregularities as well??? I would want a written guarantee from your surgeon with the 'what ifs' clearly spelled out should you have problems and not achieve your goals. Its way to easy to take someone's money when they live far since its so hard to return if things are not right.
