Best fat transfer breast augmentation in Mexico? (Photo)

Hi I'm 24 years old , 5"11 and 145 lbs , I would like to have a breast augmentation with fat transfer in Mexico but I'm not sure it's possible because there might not be enough fat , I'm located in North California right now and I'm going to Mexico on the west coast in a month , I've been looking for a good doctor around there , I would love to avoid to go to Mexico City if I don't have to , I'm barely a size A I would like to go to a size B

I would make sure you research your doctors before traveling to another country for surgery. It's hard to fully evaluate you in photos when it comes to the amount of fat available for fat transfer. You likely have some available in the inner thighs, inner knees, and live handles. The increase in breast size will be about 1/2 cup to 1 cup max.

Dear lucyinthesky007,do not go to Mexico for plastic surgery. I've seen too many horror stories of people coming back with botched jobs and unable to follow up.
What you need to understand is that its not just the surgery, but the follow up is part of the package and you want someone you can follow up with on a regular basis.
You only get one body and many times once something is done wrong it can't be fixed.
Continue your search for plastic surgeons, there are plenty of good ones in California and many might offer to match the rate you are getting in Mexico, I have done so on previous occasions.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

but unless you have some hidden deposit of fat that can be harvested, its doubtful you have enough to graft yourself to create a B cup from what you have.  In addition, will the harvesting leave dents and other contour irregularities as well???  I would want a written guarantee from your surgeon with the 'what ifs' clearly spelled out should you have problems and not achieve your goals.  Its way to easy to take someone's money when they live far since its so hard to return if things are not right.

thank  you for your question and photographs.
from the photographs there aer 2 issues here. 
1 you  have very little extra fat  to aspirate and inject
2 breast are very small , fat injection cant make it to B cup size in one go.
  Ithink implant is best solution if your primary goal is B cup size

Please be careful . You can have fat grafting done but you will get minimal improvement and possible donor site deformity. I been doing fat grafting for 11 years and wold offer fat grafting and implants for patient with your frame. I use the fat for the cleavage and implants for the size. Please see the link

It is always better to examine someone in a face-to-face setting, however you appear not to be good candidate for fat transfer due to a lack of adequate volume to harvest.  If you are interested in a noticeable breast augmentation I think you should consider breast implants instead.  At best, with fat grafts you might achieve a half cup size increase which I think would leave you disappointed.  Best wishes,

Based on your photos, height and weight, you do not appear to be a good candidate for fat transfer to the breasts, let alone liposuction anywhere on your body. The potential results of a breast augmentation using fat would be marginal at best. The potential results of liposuction could be a disaster if your surgeon is too aggressive in trying to obtain as much fat as possible for transfer.
