Im not young so I wouldn't heal like a 16 year old, but I'm in okay health. I want to reduce my prominent brow (its not like caveman style, just sticks out over my eyes too far and makes my face shadowy and scary), reduce my chin size and have an implant to give it forward projection, and have surgery to make a stronger jawline. How much would all this likely cost? How visible is the scar on the brow bone reduction? How much? Are these procedures performed well in places like Thailand?

Answer: Multiple facial surgeries in foreign country
This is right in my expertise. The cartilage graft may need to be adjusted at the time of forehead contouring, but, it depends upon the precise appearance. Typically I can address that to contour smoothly through the approach to the forehead, and we would not need to open your nose again...
You are definitely on the right track. With a more backward sloped forehead profile and higher hairline the brow bone protrusion magnifies those issues. So brow bone reduction would seem helpful. The best way to confirm that approach is by computer imaging to look at the potential change.
