This is however complicated with the presence of an underling bony deformity, the frontal bone bossing. In my opinion, blepharoplasty alone will be completely the wrong treatment for you. On the other hand you will get a a reasonable result a with a brow lift. There are different types of brow lift and the limited lateral approach is likely to give you the best outcome. Having said that, if you do wish to get the best results, it will certainly require a combination of the frontoplasty to address the bony deformity in combination with a lateral brow lift. Stay away from a blepharoplasty alone as you are likely to be left dissatisfied with the outcome.
