I am 4 months post rhinoplasty . I had a Radix rib graft (Diced cartilage in fascia). I would like to have the type three brow bone reduction, but am concerned that this will disrupt the graft. I feel that I ought to have had the forehead contouring done first.

You are definitely on the right track. With a more backward sloped forehead profile and higher hairline the brow bone protrusion magnifies those issues. So brow bone reduction would seem helpful. The best way to confirm that approach is by computer imaging to look at the potential change.
