Hi, I have been told often that I look like a neanderthal and I just want to look normal. Should I do forehead fat graft or browbone reduction? And Jaw surgery or genioplasty? Or whatever else is recommended. Thanks!

You are definitely on the right track. With a more backward sloped forehead profile and higher hairline the brow bone protrusion magnifies those issues. So brow bone reduction would seem helpful. The best way to confirm that approach is by computer imaging to look at the potential change.
