Although you are very young, your anatomy does lend itself to the procedures you are considering. A hairline, irregular incision brow lift will provide the best long term results with a scar that will be very nicely hidden. As far as the bone reduction goes, it can be done in a subtle fashion with a drill to contour the projection. Make sure that this is the plan. To really change that bony frontal bone significantly, you need extensive craniofacial surgery that can affect your sinuses. You do NOT want that.
