10 weeks post lipo entire stomach and back

At 10 weeks all patients have some swelling of the abdomen. The larger the patient the more significant this will be. As long as the overall trend is favorable there's nothing to worry about.

If you looked great the day of the procedure then it is very likely with time you will return to this shape. Nothing has been put in to make you bigger & it will be residual swelling that may take many many months to give you the final outcome. Your surgeon sounds sensible & you will need to continue to be patient. 

At ten weeks post-operative from liposuction, you are still healing. Best to follow closely with you surgeon to determine how best to treat this.

Great results from liposuction are typically dependent on two major factors.The first is obviously that the procedure is done correctly.The second is properly assessing patients to make sure they are a good candidate for the procedure.When a patient has more than one issue going on, such as loose skin or muscle separation from pregnancy, then liposuction will be limited in what it can deliver.It is the surgeon's job to differentiate and make a correct diagnosis and then prescribe an appropriate treatment plan. Without an examination or even photographs, it is, of course, not possible to address your concerns specifically.All too many times I have seen patients unhappy with liposuction results when the patient was not a good candidate for the procedure.
