More risk for lipo on a thin person? (Photo)

Hi, I pretty thin with a BMI of about 18, I eat well and I exercice regularly, but I still have a "pouch" in my inner thighs area, which rubs togeder and creates discomfort when I walk. Its pretty frustrating since I jog a lot and it forces me to wear thight clothing to avoid my inner thighs giggling everywere. I'd like to know if there's more risk because of my small frame and what are the costs to expect for such a small area.

Fat can be removed by many methods such as liposuction as well as non-surgical techniques. It is designed for body contouring and you definitely do not have much fat at all. The issue with people with delicate build is the skin quality and firmness. The risk overall should be no different than liposuction for a person of a higher BMI. Get a consultation with a royal college certified plastic surgeon near you to see if you are a candidate. Best of luck!

It can be done - and is often a great tool for contouring an area.  You might also be a candidate for coolsculpt to the area.
