How can I help further with swelling? Is swelling of even feet, face and fingers normal?

I had lipo in back flanks and thighs and my whole body feels swollen. Although I have mob riding and I'm not in pain my body feels spongy and bigger then before my surgery it's been 5 days since the surgery. Thanks Drs!

I suggest speaking to your physician this is not a common symptom even after a few days.  Swelling and bruising is common in the localized areas.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is normal to feel swollen a few days after liposuction especially if you had large volume liposuction (over 5 liters of aspirate). In general, the swelling should gradually start improving the further out you are from surgery. Continue using your compression garments 24/7. Follow up with your MD regularly to make sure you are progressing well.
