My breasts are naturally very saggy, they don't lift themselves at all and I want to change this because it makes me feel insecure. I'm a 36 D usa sized bra and I'm only 16. My breasts have always been very saggy and I do wear a bra on a daily basis. I'm starting to be very insecure about my breasts and I'd like to know if there is anything i could do to lift and stifen my breasts.

Thank you for your question. You will have to consider a breast lift and or reduction, but you may want to wait to do this until after you decide on how many kids you want to have as breast feeding may be affected. I hope this helps!

There is nothing that you can do to change the way the breasts are suspended form your chest wall without surgery.  It doesn't sound like surgery is the right answer for you at this time however.

I lot of teenagers have sagging breasts, though you probably wouldn't guess that based on what the media portrays. So you're normal, and you're in good company!Genetics have a major impact on how breasts form, and there's not much to do about that. Most board-certified plastic surgeons don't do aesthetic breast surgery on patients younger than 18. Until then, you can think about if you want to surgically alter your breasts. If you decide you want surgery, you have time to do your homework. Find a board-certified plastic surgeon with good before-and-after photos of breast lifts, breast reductions, and breast augmentations.Options for large drooping breasts include breast reduction if you want both to lift your breasts as well as to reduce their size. You could consider a breast lift if you only want to lift your breasts, but you like the volume.Why did I mention breast augmentation? Some women with large breasts have most of their fullness below the level of their breast folds and very little above. Implants can give a fuller, firmer, more rounded look.As you do your research, focus on finding the best plastic surgeon, not the cheapest one. Cheap surgery can end up being very expensive if a revision is needed to fix the original result.
