My breasts are naturally very saggy, they don't lift themselves at all and I want to change this because it makes me feel insecure. I'm a 36 D usa sized bra and I'm only 16. My breasts have always been very saggy and I do wear a bra on a daily basis. I'm starting to be very insecure about my breasts and I'd like to know if there is anything i could do to lift and stifen my breasts.

Answer: No way to stiffen the breasts There is nothing that you can do to change the way the breasts are suspended form your chest wall without surgery. It doesn't sound like surgery is the right answer for you at this time however.
