What are the long-term results of the UBL like? Is it expected an additional lift will be needed in 10 years? 15? Sooner? How has the UBL held up with pregnancy, or is expected to, if breast size is anticipated to increase (even if breast feeding is not anticipated)?
Answer: Ultimate Breast Lift Thank you for your question. Any breast lift, including the ultimate, may need to be redone. Do not be deceived by new names for old procedures. There are many marketing names to promote a tried and true procedure. Just stick to the Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your surgical needs. I hope this helps!

Answer: What's the ultimate breast lift? First of all, there really is no "ultimate breast lift" (UBL) as such. This is just a variation of a very old horizontal scar technique called a "Passot" that was largely abandoned decades ago. It was "rediscovered" a few years ago and is used somewhat sparingly by plastic surgeons. I do it on occasion, but find it really is best suited to long and deflated breast shapes, such as those seen following bariatric weight loss surgery. In most other people it has a tendency to be less predictable and produces less projection then the "vertical scar" procedures or those that are T-shaped. Observing the follow up of these type of procedures over time, they didn't age better or worse then other techniques that scar better (predominately vertical lifts).

Answer: Long Term Results of Horndeski Lift The long term result of the Ultimate Breast Lift (now called the Horndeski Lift) are as unpredictable as any breast lift, because they depend on your genetics, your skin tone, your breast tone, your age, the weight of your breasts, your health, etc. Some breasts change dramatically after pregnancy and breast feeding, and others less so. Breasts can increase in size from pregnancy (even without breast feeding), hormones, weight gain, birth control pills, among other things. Some people may feel like they need another lift in time, and others won't. Just as high school classmates at their 30th reunion can look the same age or 20 years apart, there is no predicting how your breasts will age and change. So if you get a breast lift, don't think about what might or might happen in 10 or 15 years. Enjoy it!Click on the link below to see what one patient did for drooping breasts.

Answer: What are the long-term results of the Ultimate Breast Lift lifetime? Ultimately they are no different than any other lift. Done poorly, poor results, done well, good results. Longevity to a large degree depends on your genetics and future pregnancies and weight gain.
