Thanks for your question...While every surgeon is different, generally speaking a mommy makeover isn't a specific procedure. It can range from a breast lift, implants, tummy tuck and/or liposuction. The best way to achieve a celebrity-like butt and hips is a Brazilian Butt Lift. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure where excess fat is liposuctioned from different parts of the body and moved to the buttocks. This reshapes and adds volume to the butt while keeping a natural look. Final results are permanent and generally seen about 6 months after the procedure.

A mommy make over is simply a combination of surgeries to correct what babies have changed in your body.  From the photos provided, I would focus on your waist area and tummy.  A BBL can be added however you won't have an area to rest on comfortably other than your sides.  Frequently doctors will do the BBL first then 6 months later do a great tummy tuck.  Best Wishes!!

Thank you for your question. I reviewed your pictures and you appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction to the flanks, lower back, mid back, and fat transfer to the Butt. You should get a great result. We perform several of these each week of patients with similar body types and I see no reason you should not get a great result. Just make sure which ever surgeon you choose is a plastic surgeon and has experience with the procedure. Best of luck.

This is really about your goals for your body. The procedures should be tailored to your specifications and anatomy to produce a dramatic result and return you to your pre-pregnancy contours.  There are several options to consider in an individualized plan. You would benefit from body contouring with liposuction of the abdomen, sides, back, flanks, and bra rolls, a TT, and BBL.   I think that the liposuction of the front, sides, and back results in a much tighter stomach area than doing the TT first.  Fat harvested from the liposuction can be transferred to the buttocks with the BBL performed at the same time.  Wait six months to have the TT.
Your shape will be determined by how the surgeries are performed, how much tissue is undermined, how much tissue is removed, how much fat is extracted, etc. The key here is not the procedures performed but how these procedures are performed. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who has performed these procedures hundreds of times, has favorable patient reviews, and hundreds of  before and after pictures on his or her website

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. To optimally improve your belly you will ultimately need a tummy tuck. However, if you want a BBL, I would recommend doing a BBL first, and then 4 to 6 months later, the tummy tuck. While some surgeons combine these at one time, I dont personally recommend it. The mommy makeover typically involves some breast surgery. Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
