From the photos provided, I would focus on your waist area and tummy. A BBL can be added however you won't have an area to rest on comfortably other than your sides. Frequently doctors will do the BBL first then 6 months later do a great tummy tuck. Best Wishes!!

I reviewed your pictures and you appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction to the flanks, lower back, mid back, and fat transfer to the Butt. You should get a great result. We perform several of these each week of patients with similar body types and I see no reason you should not get a great result. Just make sure which ever surgeon you choose is a plastic surgeon and has experience with the procedure. Best of luck.
