Can you combine BBL and butt implants?

I have read combining the two can result in implant rejection, but so many doctors do it! Is it possible to combine these two procedures?

Performing a Brazilian Butt Lift and inserting implants at the same time is not recommended. Getting a BBL first and then implants later would be best.

Hello and Great Question.  I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure.  My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel.  I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist.
I do this procedure all the time, sometimes however I do recommend to do the BBL first them come back to do the butt implant.  It is difficult to determine what would be best for you without photos to review.  I would recommend that see you a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure.

The current recommendation is to try to minimize implant use when combined with BBL surgery however if an implant is needed, usually only a small implant is required to get optimal projection at the point of maximal projection. Best Wishes!!

Choose   a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts   and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This   says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry   risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely.
