I have read combining the two can result in implant rejection, but so many doctors do it! Is it possible to combine these two procedures?

Answer: BBL - Combining with Butt Implants The current recommendation is to try to minimize implant use when combined with BBL surgery however if an implant is needed, usually only a small implant is required to get optimal projection at the point of maximal projection. Best Wishes!!
