Thank you for your question.  Belly Button Revision can be performed to make it more aesthetically pleasing by making the shape better and removing the scar tissue which has formed.  This can be performed under a local anaesthetic.  You should have regular follow up appointments to ensure positive healing and if the scar goes lumpy then a steroid injection can be given.  All The Best

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from belly button revision surgery. Belly button reconstruction is the most delicate part of tummy tuck surgery. I spend a lot of time on belly button reconstruction so that my patients get the best possible outcome. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello and thank you for your question.  The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a belly button scar revision.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
