based on your photo, it looks like you might benefit from belly button surgery. Belly button reconstruction is very delicate surgery. The comment with your photo, that your belly button is half in and half out, is more concerning that the stretch marks as it may represent an umbilical hernia, something that is quite common following pregnancy.  A bit of muscle separation can cause fat, or sometimes even intestine, to bulge out at the belly button and if this gets trapped there it can actually be dangerous.  I recommend that you see a Board Certified plastic surgeon, preferably one with general surgery training as well, who can discuss a simultaneous hernia repair as well as umbilicoplasty to improve both the anatomy issue as well as the appearance of your belly button.Best wishes, Dr. L
