I had hernia surgery (January 2019) as a result of a c-section (gave birth to twins in September 2018). My belly button was put back in but feels it was tucked in the wrong place. I also have a "dent" above the belly button. My concern is if I went to a surgeon can my belly button be repaired and also if the "dent" can be massaged out or fixed in anyway? I'm uncertain as to what the name of such a procedure would be called.

Dear alemoniquee,
this is the question you should ask your surgeon because every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for submitting your photographs along with your concerns. You would be a good candidate for a belly button revision. It is a short procedure that requires little to no down time. For the best results I suggest you consult with a Board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
