What is this Dent above my belly button and can it be fixed? (Photo)

I had a baby a year and 7 months ago. I got some stretch marks above my belly button and quite a bit below. I have a two finger gap between the abdomen muscles. I'm just not sure if this is from diastasis recti or from the stretch marks. Also, I have always had an outie belly button.
