Is an indentation above crease under brow bone normal after upper blepharoplasty? (Photo)

I had excess upper eyelid skin sagging down and a slight droopy eyelid. I had upper bleph and ptosis repair with no fat removal. I'm wondering if this indentation is normal healing.

It sounds like your tearing is from multiple causes. If one of them is from lower eyelid laxity, then tightening the lower eyelids (through canthoplasty) can improve the tear pump function and hopefully improve the tearing.
