Is an indentation above crease under brow bone normal after upper blepharoplasty? (Photo)

It looks like you are very early in the healing phase.  The two lids actually look very similar now - with a similar crease.  However if you are in the first week or two of healing, you  still have swelling so things will continue to change.

Presely56, You are in the acute stages of healing and I would continue to wait for all the swelling to resolve to judge the height of the lid and the "indentations."  Good luck and be patient, it takes time.
