Is an indentation above crease under brow bone normal after upper blepharoplasty? (Photo)

I had excess upper eyelid skin sagging down and a slight droopy eyelid. I had upper bleph and ptosis repair with no fat removal. I'm wondering if this indentation is normal healing.
