Is an indentation above crease under brow bone normal after upper blepharoplasty? (Photo)

I had excess upper eyelid skin sagging down and a slight droopy eyelid. I had upper bleph and ptosis repair with no fat removal. I'm wondering if this indentation is normal healing.

No brow bone shaving is very rarely done. The hooding is typically caused by droopiness of the soft tissue, not the bone.
