Answer: Noting good is going to happen to you if you let some attempt to "correct" these. There is a surgery called medial epicanthoplasty. It is used to take an inside Asian eyelid fold to an outside fold. When it is great, it is amazing. When it does not heal well, it puts a nasty scar right in a highly visible area. You tiny fold is not what these surgeries were designed to correct. When the issue is small, the likelihood of being satisfied by surgery decreases profoundly. Neither blepharoplasty or "medial canthoplasty" are likely reliable enough to make it worth your while to under go such procedure to correct this issue. Profound caution is advised.

Answer: Inner Eyelid Creases You have a condition called epicanthal folds. This is a common condition where people are born with an extra flap of skin. I bet if you look at people in your family, they may have it, as well. This can be treated surgical via a blepharoplasty with medial canthoplasty. I recommend that you find a board certified oculoplastic surgeon to address your problem and discuss ways to fix the condition. Good luck!

Answer: Why are there creases in my inner eyelids and is there a way to get rid of them? (photos) If you pinch the skin on your nose between the eyelids, these folds will disappear. If they do, then a small amount of Dermal Filler to the nose to stretch the skin may be a simpler non surgical option.Best
