From what you have posted, you have these technical problemas and aesthetic issues:
-over shortened caudal septum, this can be seen by the sunkedness of the columella and the short nose syndrome; needs structural reconstruction and resupport
-indeed asymmetry was not addressed, its correction may span between 70 to 90% depending on the severity of the congenital assymmetry
-poor tip definition, you deserve a perky tip
-overly rotated tip, has to be derotated
-irregularities you mention have to be corrected

A complete revision rhinoplasty is needed here, don't accept minor touch ups or miraculous solutions, seek the help of a trustworthy and experienced structure and revision techniques surgeon.

Saying that you provided is not completely seen in the posted image. It appears to be a bit narrower, and if that's the case, you may expect to see continued nasal narrowing as you heal from your revision rhinoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. This can also be designed to improve the tip symmetry. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

yes it is possible. You will likely need to travel to find someone who does a lot of revision rhinoplasty . This would probably take about 90 minutes in our office.
