Visible graft 13 months PO I want the tip to be soft. Could this be done without effecting the rest of my nose? (Photos)

I don't have good news or compatible with your cognitive biases, I understand your wish but the root causes of your (very reasonable) complaint are technically complex and need a quite extensive revision, with a complete redesign of tip, columella and alae estructural elements, probably caudal septum too.

You have what in the US call "tombstone deformity", namely poor planning and over visibility / transparency of cartilage grafting at the tip and both alar rims, I bet you received the improperly called "articulated rim grafts" so trendy and fashionable among US surgeons these days, likely from rib origin that is unsuitable for such thin area or at least they were not tested intraoperatively to a fine point of concealment; same can be said about the tip grafting. All that has to be dismantled, re-thought and re-built, not a case for a minor touch up.

Additionally, your tip is much over rotated and high, lacks septal support.

I recommend you reconsider your understanding about your situation, which technically and aesthetically unacceptable, and find help from a juditious and experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

I believe you are happy with your nose while your nose was still swollen. Now that you're swelling is resolved, since you have thin nasal skin, you are seeing a pointy nasal tip appearance. We have had excellent success in adding permanent volume to the nasal tip, and camouflaging stigmata of previous nasal surgery. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The tip can be revised without effecting the remaining nose. A lot of times just minor shaving of the cartilage bump will restore the soft appearance.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include nasal tip deprojection, placement of a mastoid fascia tip graft , among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
