Alarplasty scar - is there a way to fix one side? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty and included alarplasty one my notrils looks good and you cant tell anything was done but one side looks weird and looks like a gap is there any way way to fix this

The scar of alarplasty is always there. If you have a thick sebaceous oily skin (like in your case), it is very difficult to get a fine line like scar. However, you can get laser treatments and microneedling to make it better. Massaging with silicone gel helps as well.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. The alarplasty external incision is the exact reason I do not make that incision. These tend to leave very visible scars. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
