Asymmetrical results 7 years post op - Would fat injections or local fat dissolving help? (Photos)

You have a huge margin to improve your nose with a comprehensive revision rhinoplasty:
-poor tip definition
-high tip
-revision of that strange lump you mention on the side
-nostril revision
-etc

Based on your photo, we can see that your left nostril margin is a drop higher than your right. Situations like this are relatively easy to remedy without additional surgery. Your asymmetry is from extra cartilage on left side giving it a bulge like appearance. This can be reduced through minor surgery and will match much better.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Nostril symmetry can also be improved by tensioning the tip and placement of extended alar contour grafts. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
