Asymmetrical results 7 years post op - Would fat injections or local fat dissolving help? (Photos)

Question

Procedure was done 7 years ago. Everything healed nicely no issues but one side is higher that the other and the higher side looks fuller... Would fat injections like lemon bottle or local fat dissolving work to marry up with the other side.. It's very onbious different

Your asymmetry is from extra cartilage on left side giving it a bulge like appearance. This can be reduced through minor surgery and will match much better.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Nostril symmetry can also be improved by tensioning the tip and placement of extended alar contour grafts.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
