Can fillers create a good jawline from the front? (Photos)

Question

I'm torn between fillers or saving for genioplasty and angle implants, trying to weigh up the options and unsure about which i would be better off doing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have included an image of before and after as a reference of the kind of result I hope for

The results typically can last between 18-24 months.In the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert, both treatments can be performed in the same treatment session, if so desired, and typically takes only about twenty minutes to perform, with immediate results and little to nothing in the way of significant post-treatment downtime. 
Surgery, on the other hand, does engender expense and downtime, and while the implants themselves are permanent, the cosmetic results of this kind of surgery frankly are not--simply because eventual, age-related losses in the surrounding bone, fat, and muscle, can mitigate the aesthetic benefits to the point that the original implants may need to be surgically removed and replaced--i.e. another surgery down the line. Fillers are a great tool to add volume and sculpt facial contours.  Juvederm Volux was created with the jawline in mind.  The main consideration for you is if you are okay with temporary results.  Fillers can last up to two years depending on the product selected, but will require touch ups at some point to maintain results.  Surgery is a permanent change.
