I have been coming to BHWA for many months now and have gotten Tyler’s incredible hydrafsciald to his chemical peels and skincare guidance to Dr. Z’s Botox and Daxxify and I cannot recommend this place more. Both Tyler and Dr. Z are honest and if anything talk you out of treatments versus trying to get you into them. Dr. Z is very practical and honest with his approach to injections and I love how conservative he is. I wanted 100 things and he was like - no, let’s do two because that will get you where you want and we can always re-evaluate. He highlights someone’s natural beauty and unlike everywhere else is not trying to make you some waxy perfectly symmetrical bot version of yourself. Tyler also has an immense knowledge of skincare and all their treatments. He talked me out of a more significant treatment into just facials and peels and I finally feel like my skin is beginning to heal from hormonal nutsness and I don’t know how I could trust anyone else with my skin treatments. He learns your skin first and takes it step by step. They’re an awesome team and I hope you’ll do yourself a favor and treat yourself to even just a hydra facial or a little tox with Dr. Z if you’re so inclined.

Getting hydrafacial with Dr. Zarrini's team is the best decision every time. Once I become unhappy with by homecare routine, this becomes the reason for visiting Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics and every single visit has made me the happiest and the glowiest person. I booked an appointment for Botox and lip filler. After my consult with Tyler, we decided to go with Daxxify and RHA lip filler. The doctor was running behind so Tyler went above and beyond and booked me a complimentary facial with Angelique which was great. Once I was with the doctor, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me the results I was looking for. Nothing over the top, just a natural enhancement. Will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Zarrini was kind and very informative for my first ever experience with Botox. I left feeling well taken care of and very happy with my results. The whole establishment is well maintained and does a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable!

He is awesome! I was nervous at first but he makes you feel at ease. Very compassionate and easy to talk with. Any questions you have he answers them truthfully. I would recommend any of my friends. The office is very clean and all the staff is wonderful. You feel totally comfortable.

First of all he is one of the kindest, warmest people I’ve ever met, is never in a hurry and understands completely what the client wants and gently suggests the most suitable treatment to you. Secondly, he is incredibly talented. We did very subtle Botox for me as I want to look very natural. The results are amazing! The IPL treatment was done due to sun damage and hyperpigmentation and only one time made a huge improvement! Little brown spots are literally gone and we will do it again and then I think I don’t need it anymore! I love the way he “sees you” as a patient, but has this incredible talent to emphasize your own best features. He is honest, gentle and understood - in my case - my European vibe, I want to look very natural, fresh and beautiful, but not “done”. Now I just look amazing. We also did little filler and he did not want to overdo it, the results (after 3 hours) are already amazing. Can’t wait to heal few days to see the end result. It was hard to find the “right” person for me, as I work with my face, I need to be careful and choose wisely when doing “tweaks” to my face as I simply want to look exactly like me, just a better version! Updated on 16 Sep 2025: I was looking for a really subtle, natural results and Dr.Zarrini understood me completely! I do Botox rarely, because I love looking natural and only wanted to have Botox mainly between my eyebrows. I absolutely want to have natural smile, without Botox creating that weird “frozen” look, so we did not touch my eye area. I could not be happier with results! I work with my face and smile, so I needed to choose my doctor very carefully. And again, Dr. Zarrini understood my request and wow! Love the result! Updated on 16 Sep 2025: As we did my elegant Botox treatment; I wanted to have tiny bit of filler, just to balance the symmetry of my lips. I’ve done fillers only once earlier in my life, so again, I wanted the result to be very natural. Dr. Zarrini understood exactly what I was looking for and the result is simply amazing. In my case, my friends did not notice anything (my goal) but it created slight fullness and add some stardust to my smile. I rather wanted to have just a tiny bit, to stay natural. it’s so easy to add more, if needed. I’m very, very happy with the natural result and can’t wait to add bold red lipstick to emphasize my smile!

He really takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr.Zarrini is beyond magic when performing the Morpheus8 treatment. He is meticulous with every step and cares deeply that his patients get the absolute best possible results. So far, he has done 2 treatments on my face and neck. I did the first treatment with just the numbing cream and the second one with both pain medication and numbing cream- just because I wanted to see the difference in comfort while receiving the treatment. Even though the first treatment was absolutely doable, I would say the second treatment with the medication was quite a bit easier. The difference in appearance with both my face and neck areas are HUGE! I honestly can’t wait to have my final treatment. Basically Dr. Zarrini is giving me my face back from ( and I am NOT exaggerating by any means) 20 years ago and it’s completely MY face. Natural looking, toned, tight with no more bags under the outer parts of under my eyes. Everything is lifting back into place naturally so there’s no “ YIKES!!” moment that can happen when people get actual face lifts or too much filler or botox. I just feel myself again- no more underlying upset when I look at myself in the mirror or lack of confidence. To be given this opportunity to reverse your age like this is incredible. I could not be happier with my results thus far and honestly, there’s no doctor I would trust more with my face.

I had Botox with Dr. Zarrini three months ago and the results are still holding beautifully. The treatment was comfortable, and I appreciated how precise and conservative his approach was. I feel like he had to do less injection spots than previous providers, but my results might actually even be better. My face looks smooth and refreshed, but never stiff exactly the balance I wanted. I’m scheduled to go next month, but might actually be able to move it out another month if this holds up!
