Someone mentioned to me recently that I have a negative canthal tilt, and that in order to fix it for aesthetic purposes I should look into canthoplasty options (specifically with regards to almond eye and cat eye surgeries and the like). I have posted a few pics of my eyes below. I was curious as to whether or not I have a negative canthal tilt. And, moreover, if I do, what my best options would be in order to fix this, that is, would I need some kind of cat eye or almond eye operation?
