Do I have a saddle nose & does it need dorsum augmentation? (Photos)

Question

Hi, I suspect that my nasal dorsum is undeveloped and that my nose appears saddled. Could experts please provide their opinions based on images of my nose? Does it need dorsum augmentation? Additionally, could you check if my nose is small compared to my face?

Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively low nasal bridge appearance. If you are looking to achieve a permanently straighter nasal bridge appearance on profile, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for raising your nasal bridge and for providing a more masculine nasal profile appearance. You do not need dorsal augmentation or have a saddle nose.  You do need the tip refined as it is quite wide and bulbous.  This can be done with a rhinoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you do not appear to have a saddle nose. Dorsal augmentation with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia could be performed during your rhinoplasty to add more dorsal height. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hi you do not have a strong nasal dorsum but it is not saddled. Your brow ridge is prominent, which makes the nose bridge looks smaller. You have a slight upturned nose, but within normal limits. It is personal preferences, but a rhinoplasty can certainty make you nose more masculine by straightening the dorsum with slight augmentation, and turn down the tip slightly. The radix can be augment for a higher take off point for the radix.

Your nose is not small. In fact it is wider than it should be. You also have excess cartilage on your bridge (anterior septal angle area). This is the opposite of saddling. Your radix is low(the depth at the higher part of the nose compared to the forehead). You can be a good candidate for a filler injection(liquid rhinoplasty) ıt will make your nose slightly bigger and more ballanced

Your photos are not the best quality. But from what I see your lower half of the nose is too high and needs to be lowered. The upper half  appears low but it is possible that if the lower half of the nose is reduced, then the upper half may be balanced. . But eh height of the dorsum depends a lot on your aesthetics and, therefore, an in-office consult would be very important in deciding on a plan for surgery.
