Do I have a saddle nose & does it need dorsum augmentation? (Photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively low nasal bridge appearance. You do not need dorsal augmentation or have a saddle nose. You do need the tip refined as it is quite wide and bulbous. This can be done with a rhinoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you do not appear to have a saddle nose. Dorsal augmentation with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia could be performed during your rhinoplasty to add more dorsal height. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hi you do not have a strong nasal dorsum but it is not saddled. Your brow ridge is prominent, which makes the nose bridge looks smaller. You have a slight upturned nose, but within normal limits. It is personal preferences, but a rhinoplasty can certainty make you nose more masculine by straightening the dorsum with slight augmentation, and turn down the tip slightly. The radix can be augment for a higher take off point for the radix.
