Hi, Doc, Does Dermafat Graft treatment to improve nose (To rectify flat nose bridge & droopy nasal tip) gives permanent result for the lifetime?. Post-operation of 1 or 2 months, Can I do Gym freely without any restrictions? One last is when can I resume my office work? , post dermal fat graft operation. How's about the Autologous fat area quality post-extraction.

The bottom line answer to your question is that you can undergo a limited rhinoplasty that only addresses the tip region of your nose. It does appear you have some fullness in the area above the tip that might need to be addressed as well. I would recommend you discuss with your previous surgeon...
