Although many skilled board certified plastic surgeons have attempted to eliminate natural banana roll such as yours with liposuction, more often than not, things are made worse not better. Long story short, it is extremely risky and unpredictable, thus in cases like yours where your buttock is otherwise fine, doing nothing is usual the most honest and safest recommendation.
