What is the best procedure for me to have a perkier rounder lifted butt? (photos)

I'm unsure what I need. I workout all the time. I'm unsure if it's a skin laxity issue, fat, or lack of muscle (possibly from not eating enough). At this point Ive cut cardio to try to build butt bf I lift 5 times a week- but now I feel a bit fattier. Im at a loss as to what I need to have a perkier rounder lifted butt. I've tried emsculpt -hasn't done much. I did fat transfer 2 years ago and loved it but it's gone away. Please advise. Im 44yo. I miss my cute butt.

You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, etc.). It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem.  Thus, going back for round 2 BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss.   Buttock implants indeed provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness.  Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Hello, some of the fat melts after butt enlargement with fat injection and may cause inequality. It is normal for 40-60% of the fat to melt in butt enlargement with fat injection. The way to do this is to reach the desired size by injecting fat again. When fat is injected again instead of melted fat as a second time, the result is usually more permanent.

Hello, thank you for your question! There are a couple of different options that will help you achieve your goal of a lifted buttock. One procedure that can be done is a Sculptra butt lift. A Sculptra butt lift is a procedure where a filler is injected into the soft tissue of the buttocks and will ultimately enhance the shape and curve of the buttock. Please note that a sculptra butt lift typically needs multiple sessions in order to achieve desired results. Fat transfer, also known as a Brazilian butt lift, is another option that is recommended for patients who want a lifted buttock. As you know, a fat transfer procedure adds natural fat to enhance and add volume to an individual's buttock. This fat is usually taken from other areas of a patient's body such as, the abdomen or thighs. I hope this information is useful. Thank you!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

It would be helpful to see what your pre-op photos shows to assess how much improvement you have despite fat absorption. But regardless, a second fat transfer is your best option. I have found that in patients who have significant absorption following a fat transfer to the buttocks a second fat transfer usually lasts. Good luck!
