Certain angles ok like in green swimsuit, but viewed directly from the back, my butt looks bad . What can I do to fix?

A BBL is a shaping and contouring procedure for the buttocks that can often have a transformative impact on the curvature of not just the buttocks but also that trunk and hips. Done correctly, a BBL can enhance the "hourglass" or "S-curve" shape of the whole body. Great care and meticulous execution and postoperative follow-through with contour garments and avoidance of sitting will also be important, followed by toning exercises.

The skin folds that form between the buttocks and the back of the thigh happen and an upright standing position because the skin on the back of the thigh is pushed up into the buttocks. As you flex your hips the skin is put under tension and the skin folds go away.

This is totally normal and should be left alone. The hip joint has a substantial range of motion and to accompany this there Hass to be skin laxity in an upright standing position just like most people have a skinfold on their lower abdomen when they’re sitting or bent over.
