The number one mistake that would be made with your nose is leaving it too long. I see it in almost every revision rhinoplasty I see. This is extremely common especially with open rhinoplasty. Your tip needs to be lifted a lot and the hump lowered. In order to shorten the nose septal cartilage and nasal
Lining needs to be shortened at the lower end.
