How can I decrease this Cupids Bow? (Photo)

I have wide filtrum or cupids bow, the points are about an inch wide, it is unsightly to me and I would prefer to have have decreased or none at all. Is there something that can be done surgically to minimize or make flat. see photo. Thanks

I strongly advise against letting any surgeon try to alter your Cupid’s bow. It will look absolutely terrible. Don’t even consider having this done
