You do look like a great candidate for rhinoplasty, and pictures of this woman are helpful to convey what you are looking for, but a few thoughts. One, you will never have the exact nose of someone else. This individual has a very, very sculpted nose whether naturally or by surgery. Trying to achieve something exactly like this may leave you with an overly-reduced nose that is not in good proportion with your other features and may not breathe well. Instead, try to focus on the things that you want improved in your nose. See a plastic surgeon you like who is well-trained and experienced in rhinoplasty, and discuss your concerns with them to formulate a plan to create a nose that is aligned with your goals and is unique to you.

Hi there and thanks for posting! Your wish pics of Wolfie Cindy show a very elegant, feminine appearing nose with an attractive nasal tip that has a defined amount of rotation. As a surgeon, I find this type of nose to be pleasing, feminine, and achievable. There are countless rhinoplasty techniques that surgeons can use to achieve their results. In fact, it is the truth that no two surgeons will have the exact same plan when performing a rhinoplasty surgery. In my practice, I prefer to use techniques that focus on the nasal tip and creating these kinds of silhouettes. I commonly discuss/post about "monopod" nasal tip techniques that are inspired by Turkish and Middle Eastern surgeons, that create a fixed, stabilized, and slightly sloped nasal tip, very similar to your style. Every consultation begins with a professional set of photographs and a thorough discussion of your baseline nasal anatomy. The starting point (size) of the nose is very important to understand what the final result (in terms of the size of the nose) can achieve. A 2 dimensional simulation will also help you understand this.
I counsel my patients to understand that while the size may be somewhat different due to the starting point and overall size of the face, the shape of the nose can be similar and achieve a natural result, with similarities to patient's wish pics.

However, what looks good on one patient might not look good on another, and it is crucial for surgeons to examine the overall aesthetic of each patient’s face to determine the most complementary structure of the new nose. The frontal view of your “wish” picture is, in my opinion, a very tiny, artificial looking nose that will look very dated in about 10 years. I would beware of “trendy” noses for this reason. Certainly, it appears from your own photos that your current nose can be made much more elegant and attractive so that it harmonizes with your other facial features. In regard to the time between consult and surgery, it varies depending on the surgeon, time of year and if the surgeon has his or her own accredited facility which thereby allows for opening extra surgical days. I suggest consulting in person with a number of board certified plastic surgeons to see if rhinoplasty surgery is right for you, based on the physical exam and consult.
