As most of you the main inspo when asking for a nose job is the famous "Wolfie Cindy" I feel that I am a candidate for this type of nose or something very similar, There's this girl on Reddit who got her nose like W Cindy and it looks great, I'm hoping to get this done within this year, how long can it take after my consultation to book the surgery date? Are there doctors who also provide a financial plans please !! Doctors in NY/CANADA/UK?

They can help communicate with the surgeon what you are looking to achieve. However, what looks good on one patient might not look good on another, and it is crucial for surgeons to examine the overall aesthetic of each patient’s face to determine the most complementary structure of the new nose. The frontal view of your “wish” picture is, in my opinion, a very tiny, artificial looking nose that will look very dated in about 10 years. I would beware of “trendy” noses for this reason. Certainly, it appears from your own photos that your current nose can be made much more elegant and attractive so that it harmonizes with your other facial features. In regard to the time between consult and surgery, it varies depending on the surgeon, time of year and if the surgeon has his or her own accredited facility which thereby allows for opening extra surgical days. I suggest consulting in person with a number of board certified plastic surgeons to see if rhinoplasty surgery is right for you, based on the physical exam and consult. You can also research CareCredit or another financing services to help with costs.

One, you will never have the exact nose of someone else. This individual has a very, very sculpted nose whether naturally or by surgery. Trying to achieve something exactly like this may leave you with an overly-reduced nose that is not in good proportion with your other features and may not breathe well. Instead, try to focus on the things that you want improved in your nose. See a plastic surgeon you like who is well-trained and experienced in rhinoplasty, and discuss your concerns with them to formulate a plan to create a nose that is aligned with your goals and is unique to you.
