I generally do not favor grafts of the bridge since they often move and in many cases are visible as a graft. A rhinoplasty could reduce the width of your nostrils refined, refined the tip, and narrow the bridge, but I would read up on dorsal grafts before seeking that procedure.

With tipplasty , the tip of your nose can be brought into a higher position and nose wings can be narrowed .
