Would rhinoplasty lift the tip of my nose? Do I need cartilage to increase my nasal bridge? Often, glasses fall down my nose. I would also like my nostrils reduced potentially.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello , Thank you for your question .First of all ; you don't need Rhinoplasty surgery on your nose , because there is no obvious negativity in your nose and your entire nose is compatible with your face . if it must be done , it will be a nose tip aesthetic ; which we call tipplasty . With tipplasty , the tip of your nose can be brought into a higher position and nose wings can be narrowed .

Answer: Are you a candidate for Rhinoplasty? Are you a candidate for Rhinoplasty? The most common goals of a rhinoplasty include refining the nasal tip, elevating the nasal tip, reducing the nostril base with, and modifying the bridge, which may include narrowing the bridge, reducing a dorsal hump, or in very rare cases augmenting the bridge with a graft of some sort. I generally do not favor grafts of the bridge since they often move and in many cases are visible as a graft. A rhinoplasty could reduce the width of your nostrils refined, refined the tip, and narrow the bridge, but I would read up on dorsal grafts before seeking that procedure.
