I asked this question since on the right side, there appears to be a bulge just above the indentation. If that is the case, adding fillers could make the puffiness under your right eye worse. The tear trough creates a division between the lower eyelid and the cheek. If deep, it can cast a shadow, making one look tired. 
A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will determine if you are a candidate for filler to the trough.
