What are the non surgical nose job long-term effects?

Question

How long have non surgical nose jobs been in practice? Any long term side effects such as stretching the skin? I had rhinoplasty done 2 years ago and I’m not 100% satisfied with my results - is it too soon for me to have anything injected into the area? If I like the way the non surgical nose job turns out and I want a more permanent result will it be harder for the surgeon to do rhinoplasty on me if I’ve had filler done?

Techically, permanent or semi-permanent fillers like radiesse , bellafill or  fat injections could cause an issue for rhinoplasty in  the future  so those should  be avoided. If any fillers are  to be used, they should be hyaluronic acid fillers only as they are reversible. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

For droplets Silikon-1000 injections have been used for over 60 years to improve upon rhinoplasty results. Unlike temporary gel fillers, since the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than that of a red blood cell, there is no possibility of necrosis, embolism, blindness, stroke, or biofilm formation. Thank you for your question. Short and long term fillers are harmless, as these matters are the proteins we already have in our bodies. However, permanent fillers are made of plastic and silicone which aren't found in our bodies, therefore may cause reactions and may not be dissolved as the others. In our practice, we do not recommend non-surgical nose job since it is only temporary, is not FDA approved for that application, and can have rare ,but significant complications such as skin necrosis.  For a permanent change to the nose, considering revision rhinoplasty.  This is a difficult procedure, so choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience
