2 days post, nose looks horrific - Could this just be swelling still? Or is there too much filler in my nose?

I had a non surgical nose job 50 hours ago, a procedure I’ve had done twice before with no problems. But this time my nose is huge, red, sore and tapering to one side. Could this just be swelling still? Or is there too much filler in my nose? Or am I having an adverse reaction. I’ve stretched a photo of my nose before the procedure and now.
