I had a closed rhinoplasty 11 years ago with a silicone implant put into my nose in order to heighten the bridge and to extend my retracted columella. I am wanting to have more columella showing better but I don’t know how that impacts the silicone implant and my surgeon passed away unfortunately a few years ago. I am Asian if that has any bearing and have had no issues with the surgery I had.
