Would I benefit from steroid shots seven years post rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty 7 years ago and I am extremely unsatisfied. Unfortunately due to some personal problems, I am unable to pay for a revision currently. I tried fixing some of the asymmetry with filler but it barely helped tbh. I hate that round marble like thing on the side of my nose tip. It‘s very hard at the tip. Is it scar tissue or a bossae? When I press on it, it takes some time to bounce back. Same thing on the other side, so I‘m thinking it might be scar tissue. Also, is there a way to fix the asymmetry in my nostrils without surgery? Thank you in advance for your help!
